It is a decent place, the condo itself is cozy, but don’t expect much space since it is a studio. The location is convenient but you do need to walk 15 mins to subway stations. It is safe to stay here, security did a good job.

We stayed at the flat for two months and it had everything we needed. It's a modest studio apartment but big enough for a couple, and the balcony looking out onto midtown provided fresh air and pleasant scenery. The building tenants and staff are friendly, and the 2nd floor gym is an added bonus. And of course the location is very convenient, and once the Eglinton light rail is finally completed, it will be ever more so. If any issue crops up, Kelly is responsive, so you won't be left in the lurch. We'd definitely stay there again.
