Pets are strictly not allowed
Security deposit of $300 USD will be taken upon checkin. This is refundable upon return of all keys at checkout which is 12noon. Deposits can be on any credit card or cash. Airbnb security deposit is $0, deposit will be directly collected by Royal Stays and checkin will be denied without it.

Each guest is also required to present its Passport or ID Card (If Pakistani Citizen) We will make copies of the IDs presented to us.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment and penalty of $300 will be charged If traces of smoke are found inside the apartment.

Parties and hosting any events or large get togethers are also not allowed.

Utility usage cap is 25 units per day. This is solely to avoid misuse of power and energy. Any usage over 25 units per day will be charged as 110 rs pkr per unit at the end of your stay.

Interaction with guests

Our team will always be present to help you out by phone, text WhatsApp or meet you in person if needed! We are locals in KHI (Born and Raised). And we will make your stay very enjoyable!

Other things to note

Housekeeping will be available every 3rd to 5th day if needed.

Guests have to be home for housekeeping to take place due to liability reasons.

During Covid times, housekeeping will depend on safety factors and may be cancelled.

No refunds will be given based on natural weather conditions or electricity being affected due to storms and flooding.

It was nice to stay there. Accommodation was as per expectation, Location was good , Host was very responsive. Enjoyed.

Our stay has been real great at the property. Nilofer and Shahnawaz helped us for a smooth check-in and quickly responded for any questions. They provided their full help and support whenever needed. My recommendation is for them to install one another grilled door for better security and key for lock should be changed for every new guest having keys distributed amongst the management and the guest. The location is the best for shopping and great restaurants. I would definitely love to book the property again!

All in all I had a great stay. If there was an issue, instant service was provided. The area is very safe and central. For the noise due to the main road you can use ear plugs while sleeping. Thanks for the pleasant stay to the whole staff. If I come again to Karachi, I will choose this Apartment again.

Overall a nice place, great location and a responsive host. There should be closets in non-master bedrooms. It would have been very convenient to be able to store/organize clothes for people staying for more than a few days

great place. little noisey because of the main intersection but very good place to be, with 15-20 minutes of DHA and Shahra Faisal and other amenities.
